WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC)

Contest Rules

1. No purchase is necessary.

2. Contests are open to full-time residents of Miami-Dade, Broward, Palm Beach, Martin, and St. Lucie Counties, Florida, USA.

3. Contest registrants and winners must be 18 years of age or older to participate.

4. Difficulties with phone lines to enter the contest or getting to the WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) studios to claim prizes are not the responsibility of WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC).

5. All applicable federal, state and local taxes are the sole responsibility of the winners. Therefore, winners must present a valid Social Security Card to claim a prize valued at $ 600 USD or more.

6. Employees, associates, interns, other related sponsors of WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) and our parent company, VCMG LIVE, LLC, and their immediate families, and any employees from other radio stations shall be ineligible to participate in any contest. The term "immediate families" includes spouses, grandparents, parents, siblings, children, and grandchildren.

7. Once you have won a contest, neither you nor any member of your family or household can win this or another WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) contest for 30 Days.

8. All cash prizes will be awarded in the form of a check that must be picked up at the WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) studios during contest fulfillment hours.

9. There will be no substitution for prizes. Participation in the contests and the prizes awarded are non-transferable. Failure to collect a prize within 30 days constitutes forfeiture of the prize. If forfeited, the prize will remain the property of WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC), and another winner may be selected.

10. By participating in WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) contests, winners and contestants grant permission to WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) to use their name, photograph, voice, and or likeness for advertising and or publicity purposes without additional consideration.

11. WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) reserves the right to make rules or contest changes without notice at any time. WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) also reserves the right to change contest dates without notice.

12. The decision of the management of WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC), to interpret these rules is final. By participating, persons agree to be bound by the judges' decisions and the official rules.

13. If a winner violates these rules, they may be required to forfeit their prize.

14. WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC), its representatives, agencies, and employees are not responsible for any liabilities arising directly or indirectly from the award and/or use of the prize.

15. Failure to observe any of the above rules absolves WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) of any and all liability, and no prize awards will be considered for reimbursement.

16. Additional rules may be added for specific contests at the station's discretion.

17. A complete copy of these rules can be obtained at WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) Studios, 8895 N. Military Trail, Suite 206C, Palm Beach Gardens, FL 33410, during regular business hours Monday through Friday, 10 am to 4 pm.

18. By registering to win, you authorize WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) to share your information with third parties. These third parties may contact you, mail you material, or send links to other third-party websites or applications that are not owned or controlled by WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC) and our parent company VCMG Live, LLC. VCMG Live, LLC and its subsidiaries have no control over and assume no responsibility for any third-party website or application's products, services, content, privacy policies, or practices. WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC), and our parent company, VCMG Live, LLC, are unable and unwilling to censor or edit the content of any third-party website or application. By registering to win, you expressly relieve WSFS-HD3, WIRK-HD3 (Vic Canales Media Group, LLC), and our parent company, VCMG Live, LLC and its subsidiaries, from all liability arising from your use of any linked third-party website or application. Prize Fulfillment Days and Hours:

Monday through Friday, 10 am - 4 pm

(excluding national holidays)

Prize redemption expires 30 days from the day you win your prize.

You must bring a valid government-issued photo ID (license, passport).

The winners must pick up their prizes since prizes will not be sent by mail.

Prize winners are ineligible to win the same prize again or any other for 30 days from the date a prize was won.
