GOD HAS YOUR BACK Feeling lost or alone is a deeply human experience. When you feel this way, remember you are not alone. Recognize that it is a signal that it is time to reconnect with Spirit, yourself and the world around you. GOD IS THERE FOR YOU EVERY STEP OF THE WAY. GOD WILL NOT FORSAKE YOU! REMEMBER... We’re all in this together. If you ask around, you’ll find that many of your family and friends have felt lost and alone and may even be feeling that way right now. Feeling lost and alone doesn’t mean anything is wrong with you. We’ve all been there. It’s okay to be right where you are. We are often fixated on the need to be making progress and moving forward. We feel that we need to be a shining ray of light all the time. But the truth is, we need times when we’re pausing. These are the times when we’re re-evaluating what we thought we wanted. Know that this time is natural, normal and necessary. Change often happens in turmoil. Sometimes, we can’t feel better until we have a little meltdown. Or a big one. Change means shifting into something different, and to do that we may need to let go of some things that no longer serve us. And sometimes that change can’t happen unless we experience the turmoil. Feelings can heal you. The emotions that arise when we feel lost and alone can point to what we need to heal within ourselves. They are the signposts on the road to freedom, saying, “Look over here. Go this way.” The sun will come out tomorrow. A new day will dawn. And in the dawn of a new day, you might feel better. Be gentle, especially with yourself. Be soft. Be caring.
