ST. LOUIS —

Anheuser-Busch, the parent company of Budweiser beer, is no stranger to stepping in where there’s a need. After national disasters, the company often produces canned water for areas in need of help. Now, there’s a new need across the nation – hand sanitizer.

The Missouri Secretary of State’s Office said in a release Thursday that the St. Louis-based company is producing and donating more than 8 million ounces of hand sanitizer to be distributed at polling locations across the United States for the November General Election
