PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. —

There were some empty tables at Three Forks Steakhouse in Palm Beach Gardens Wednesday night. Wednesdays are traditionally a slow night for restaurants. But that was the only reason Three Forks wasn’t full. For the first time in more than six months, all pandemic restrictions on restaurants have been lifted in Palm Beach County.
