The Palm Beach County Mayor Dave Kerner and other county officials held their weekly COVID-19 press conference where they spoke about Halloween during a pandemic, the current positivity rate, and important election information. When asked what Halloween could look like Kerner said they will not be placing any restrictions and suggested families do what is best for them.
