PALM BEACH COUNTY, Fla. —

Homeowners in Palm Beach County who have had a loss of income due to the COVID-19 pandemic, can now apply for grant money. County leaders say the second round of the Mortgage Assistance Program will use a portion of the county’s $261 million from the federal CARES Act, which was approved by congress.
