The National Hurricane Center says Tropical Storm Eta is forecast to produce dangerous storm surge, flash floods and strong winds over portions of Cuba and Florida. As of 10 p.m., Eta is about 355 miles south of Miami, with maximum sustained winds of 65 mph and is moving northeast at 13 mph.
