Fla. — A quickly conceived Facebook group dreamed up on a Parkland couple's couch now has over 18,000 members and has helped over 1,000 seniors book hard-to-get COVID-19 vaccination appointments. Katherine Quirk and her fiance Russell Schwartz of Parkland decided to help seniors after seeing how difficult it was for their parents and friends to navigate the online appointment system.
