WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —

The weekly concert series Clematis by Night in West Palm Beach is returning Thursday after being pushed back due to a rise in COVID-19 cases. It’s a part of the city’s ‘Revamp Fun in ‘21’ campaign, which also includes bringing back other events like Screen on the Green and Sunday on the Waterfront.
