ORLANDO, Fla. —

Disney's Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser hotel is set to open next spring, but comes with steep price tags for those looking to stay.

Disney is offering a couple of different packages for a stay or "voyage" at the new Star Wars Galactic Starcruiser hotel. It depends on when you go, but standard rates start at about $5,000.

 

Guests will primarily stay in the hotel designed as the starcruiser for two nights where they will interact with characters, eat galactic cuisine and plot secret missions.

On Disney's website, you can find sample rates that start at more than $4,800 for a two-person cabin.

The voyage total for a three-person cabin starts at almost $5,300. For a four-person cabin, the price is set at $6,000.

All packages are a two-night experience and include entry to Hollywood Studios for one day as well as two breakfast, lunch, and dinner meals per person.

"It does seem a little steep for some people's budget," Disney expert Michele Atwood said.

Atwood said even with the all-inclusive feel, the prices aren’t necessarily the most affordable.
