WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. —
A federal judge in Florida has ruled that the mask mandate on public transportation is unlawful.
As of Monday, the TSA will no longer enforce it on planes or in hubs like airports, saying it was effective immediately.

At this time, airlines and airports are slowly releasing their statements of compliance with the new ruling.
