David Weston and the bird have been friends for years, even giving his feathered friend a name.
Weston says he met the partridge three years ago when it landed at the end of his driveway.
"He didn't fly off, so I opened my door and talked to him for a few minutes. A couple days later, he showed up at my garage while I was out there," Weston said.
