If you like scary movies — so much that you'd want to live inside of one for a night — you're in luck this October. Airbnb is offering "Scream" superfans a stay at the home where much of the original film took place — and where Ghostface was first defeated.

Oh, and if you manage to snag a reservation, it'll only run you $5, per Airbnb.

Airbnb has renovated the original "Scream" house in Northern California — you know, the location of the party-turned-murder spree; the same house where Tatum met her grisly demise in the garage, where the identity of masked killer "Ghostface" was revealed, and heroine Sidney finally won out — and it looks almost exactly like it did in the 1996 film.

There is, notably, now a stained-glass window with Ghostface's visage to keep things creepy — though Airbnb is mum on whether the killer will make an appearance.

Visitors will be greeted (virtually) by Sheriff Dewey Riley, played by original cast member David Arquette. They can cue up a marathon of all four "Scream" films — on VHS tapes, to stay true to the time period — or even call Ghostface to "ask any questions or make requests," according to Airbnb. Ghostface does have a tendency to call first, though, so guests can expect him to ring them throughout the night.

Amid more than 100 paintings and sculptures up for sale at an auction in Copenhagen, Denmark, there lies an unlikely item of pop memorabilia: a long-lost tape containing an unreleased John Lennon song.

The white cassette tape sold for 370,000 kroner ($58,240) at Tuesday's sale. It also features interviews with the Beatles singer and his wife Yoko Ono and is accompanied by a series of photographs dating back to 1970.

Chuck Milam got a tip about a job opening from a transplanted Disney executive whose new house he was landscaping. Earliene Anderson jumped at the chance to take a job at the new Disney theme park in Florida, having fallen in love with the beauty of Disneyland in California during a trip two years earlier.

A Florida man used a trash can to capture a gator in Polk County.

WPBF 25 News spoke with Eugene Bozzi, who posted the video on Instagram, and said it has since gotten a lot of attention.

The man can be heard asking the people who are watching him to tell him when the gator's head is in the trash bin so that he can close the top and hopefully get the reptile's full body inside.

He is able to do just that.

Reigning AFC Special Teams Player of the Week Daniel Carlson’s 22-yard field goal as time expired in overtime lifted the Las Vegas Raiders to a 31-28 victory over the Miami Dolphins.

It marked the second time in the Raiders’ first three games - both at home - they overcame a two-touchdown deficit to win in overtime, also doing so against Baltimore in Week 1 on “Monday Night Football.”

Actor Willie Garson, known for his role on the "Sex and the City" series and films, has died, according to his son, Nathen Garson. He was 57.

"I love you so much papa. Rest In Peace and I'm so glad you got to share all your adventures with me and were able to accomplish so much," his son wrote on Instagram. "I'm so proud of you."

An HBO/HBO Max spokesperson also confirmed Garson's passing, and the network honored his contributions to one of its most iconic shows in a statement.

"Willie Garson was in life, as on screen, a devoted friend and a bright light for everyone in his universe," the statement read. "He created one of the most beloved characters from the HBO pantheon and was a member of our family for nearly twenty-five years. We are deeply saddened to learn of his passing and extend our sincere condolences to his family and loved ones."

Another Buffalo-Miami game, another lopsided Bills victory. And this one might wind up hurting the Dolphins more than most of the others.

Josh Allen threw two touchdown passes, Zach Moss ran for two scores and the Bills knocked out Miami quarterback Tua Tagovailoa early with a rib injury on the way to a 35-0 win on Sunday.

Devin Singletary rushed for 82 yards and another touchdown for the Bills (1-1). Buffalo has won six consecutive games in the series, doing so by an average of 20 points. This marks only the second time the Bills have won six in a row against the Dolphins (1-1).

“I saw a hunger in our football team this week,” Bills coach Sean McDermott said. “We’ve got plenty to work on, though, and that’s what we have to get back to. Try to improve every week, that’s the goal.”

"The Queen’s Gambit" has captured the king.

The show starring Anya Taylor-Joy as a young girl in an orphanage who becomes a chess prodigy won the final Emmy Award handed out on Sunday night, for best limited series or TV movie.

A jewel was obtained for "The Crown."

The series about the British royal family won the Emmy Award for best drama series Sunday. The show was also the night’s biggest winner, with seven awards including a sweep of the dramatic acting categories.

Meanwhile, "Ted Lasso" is a winner in more than just spirit.

The show has won the Emmy Award for best comedy series, giving the streaming service its first win in the major category. The show won four Emmys at Sunday night’s ceremony, including best actor in a comedy for Jason Sudeikis.

SILVER SPRINGS, Fla. —

A Florida woman who was floating on a paddleboard in the Silver River used her paddle to push away a large alligator that swam directly toward her in a frightful, up-close encounter captured in startling videos and photographs.

The alligator came within inches of Vicki Baker, 60, of Ocala, on Sept. 8. She estimated the reptile to be nearly as long as her 10-foot paddleboard. It hissed loudly at her. She said at one point it opened its mouth, revealing large teeth and its powerful jaw as it floated on the surface.

What took decades to collect, refurbish and restore should be gone in one afternoon.

The Hemken Classic Car collection will be auctioned off Saturday at the Hemken Farm in Williams, Iowa.

All the cars belong to Daryl Hemken.

"He started collecting in 1960," said Steve Hemken, Daryl's son.

Steve Hemken says his father's first purchase was a 1914 Model T.

From there, his father's passion for the classics hit cruise control.

"Throughout the '60s and '70s he brought home a lot of cars," Steve Hemken said.

On Saturday, 65 to 70 of his father's classic cars will be auctioned off.

The majority of the money raised will go to McPherson College in Kansas.

The money will endow a scholarship in the names of his parents Daryl and Ann Hemken.

Daryl passed away in 2005, Ann passed last year.

"McPherson is the only college in the country with a 4-year degree program in car restoration," Steve Hemken said.

The Grammy Museum announced Tuesday that Bruce Springsteen Live! will open at the Grammy Museum Experience in the Prudential Center in Newark, New Jersey, on Oct. 1. Art Metrano, a stand-up comedian best known for his role as ruthless police captain Ernie Mauser in two "Police Academy" films, has died at the age of 84.

The actor died of natural causes at his home in Aventura, Florida on Wednesday, his son, Harry Metrano, told The Hollywood Reporter.

On Thursday, Metrano paid tribute to his father by sharing a carousel of pictures of them together on Instagram.

"Yesterday I lost my best friend, my mentor, my dad. He was and will always be the toughest man I know. I have never met someone who has over come more adversities than him," the accompanying caption read.

"He's fought and won so much over the years that I always viewed him as indestructible, but the truth is we don't live forever on earth, but a person's spirit can live forever within you."

Jeff Bridges says his cancer is in remission, and he's making progress in his fight against the long-term effects of COVID-19 after a tough battle.

In a new post to his website, the actor says his cancerous mass is now the "size of a marble" and his COVID-19 "in the rear view mirror" after a struggle that began earlier this year.

Bridges believes he caught the virus after being exposed at the facility where he was receiving chemotherapy treatment.

He spent five weeks in the hospital, he said, because "my immune system is shot from the chemo."

"My dance with COVID makes my cancer look like a piece of cake," he wrote.

He said he's still working on completely foregoing oxygen assistance but no longer needs it to walk around.

WEST PALM BEACH, Fla. (AP) - A Florida judge has canceled the trial for rock icon Rod Stewart and his adult son and scheduled a hearing next month to discuss a plea deal to resolve misdemeanor charges.

The singer of 70s hits such as “Da Ya Think I’m Sexy?” and “Maggie May” and his son are accused of pushing and shoving a security guard at an upscale hotel because he wouldn’t let them into a New Year’s Eve party nearly two years ago.

Court records show the hearing is set for Oct. 22 to go over a plea agreement without the Stewarts needing to appear in court.

Phil Collins says he is no longer able to play the drums due to health issues.

The musician, who is 70, appeared on BBC Breakfast with his Genesis band members to promote the group's reunion tour, and Collins said his son, Nic Collins, will be drumming with the band going forward.

As for not drumming, Collins said, "I'd love to but you know, I mean, I can barely hold a stick with this hand. So there are certain physical things that get in the way."

He admitted that he'd love to be up there playing with his son, saying, "I'm kind of physically challenged a bit which is very frustrating because I'd love to be playing up there with my son." Instead, he will sing with the band.

When this upcoming tour, delayed because of the coronavirus pandemic, ends, Collins isn't sure if he'll be touring any longer.

Derek Jeter was simply Derek Jeter on his special day — smooth as silk.

On a Wednesday afternoon that turned cloudy with the temperature in the 70s and a few sprinkles in the air and adoring fans chanting his name, the former New York Yankees star shortstop and captain was inducted into the Baseball Hall of Fame after a long wait necessitated by the pandemic.

Greeted by raucous cheers in a crowd estimated at 20,000 that included NBA luminaries Michael Jordan and Patrick Ewing, several of his former teammates, and Hall of Fame Yankees manager Joe Torre on the stage behind him, Jeter took his turn after fellow inductees from the class of 2020 Ted Simmons, Larry Walker and the late Marvin Miller were honored. Jeter was touched by the moment and acknowledged how different the ceremony seemed in the wake of the recent deaths of 10 Hall of Famers.

Actor Michael Constantine, best-known for playing the proud father in the hit movie "My Big Fat Greek Wedding," died last week, his agent told CNN. He was 94 years old.

Constantine was a busy character actor for five decades, winning an Emmy for his role as school principal Seymour Kaufman in the ABC series "Room 222" in 1970.

Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson wants to toss one back with his now famous doppelgänger.

Last week, Alabama patrol lieutenant Eric Fields went viral after people noticed his uncanny resemblance to the "Jungle Cruise" star.

The story made its way to Johnson, who tweeted on Tuesday about it. He posted a side-by-side pictures of himself and Fields; both men are smiling and posing the same.

What they look like and why you might want one depend on where you live, but more private venues, workplaces and governments are requiring proof of vaccination in public settings.

Numerous states including Alabama, Arizona, Arkansas, Florida, Georgia, Idaho, Indiana, Iowa, Montana, North Dakota, South Carolina, South Dakota, Texas and Wyoming have banned vaccine passports, according to U.S. News & World Report. Utah has a partial ban on vaccine passports.
